Quiet...
It's very quiet at the moment so I thought I'll do a quick updatie.
The weekend was very nice, quite relaxed. On saturday we went to Dossey's place,he's a friend of Jeroen. It was quite nice and 'gezellig', and I had fun with the cats they have there, although I got a bad allergy case there. I can stand one cat alright, I can feel its effect but they are bearable. However, three of the four animals were sitting on top of me and I think that was a bit too much hahaha! I started sneezing and had to blow my nose every minute or so.
Can't wait to have my own cat so I can get used to them again! Back in the old appartment it took me about 2-3 weeks to get used to the cat but then I didn't feel its presence anymore. The cat even slept at the corner of our bed and I was alright with it, so I know I can overcome the allergy. It might be hard the first days but I know I'll be alright.
On sunday we were lazyyyyy and did nothing much. I cooked breakfast for Jeroen, and vaccuumed clean the place and that's about it...
I have been reading this book that one of my supervisors lent me. It's called The Woman who Left, written by Josephine Cox. Anyone knows this book? I thought it was cool, I read it in a couple of days, so fun it was hehe. The writing style wasn't difficult, even for me being not a native english speaker. I thought the story was a bit too Mary-Sue though :) (beautiful woman who is adored by everyone and it doesn't matter if you treat her like crap she will love you always and always and will forgive your mistakes and will suffer greatly, and three men are after her, they all want her in bed, yadda yadda yadda) But still, the story was fun, and an interesting change from the Terry Pratchett books I have been reading lately. :) As always, I thought the evil guy was more fun than the goody good ones. I won't say much more about the story in case I might spoil it for someone else.
This evening is the birthday of my sister in law-s boyfriend so we'll get together for some cake and coffee.
I've also had the chance to chat a bit with my family over the net, and also to rolepay with Holls. Crazy sessions we had lately, but they are fun as hell! *pinks Gel and Johan!* ;D
Anywaysssss, gonna go back to my corner and assault innocent bypassers now. Yeah.
