First week of running program

So! I managed to finish the first week of the running program successfully, so yay me! Let's see how I do next week :D

Today I ended up doing even more cardio than usual for a friday. I had to ditch some of my arm weight exercises to fit in the 20-min running program, and by the time I was done and ready to run, all three machines were taken, so I had to fool around somewhere else LOL.

I ended up cycling for ten minutes by the time the other people were done with the machine, so all in all, including my crosstrainer warm-up workout and all, I had 50 minutes of cardio today, plus my arm weight training. I feel accomplished :D *flexes biceps*

The weight exercises I ditched were a bit redundant now that I started bench pressing since a couple of months ago, so I don't think I will miss them. We'll see how that goes!

Also, I have been eating more, as it seems I was not getting enough calories, so let's see if with a more balanced diet I can get my weight in shape. :)
