Today I told myself: the hell with the weather. So I grabbed my bike and cycled to work, YAAAY! And they predict rain for today, BOOO! Meh, a little water won't hurt. (It's the ice and slippery roads that scare me)
It felt nice to cycle again hehe. Let's hope it won't be pouring cats and dogs on my way home.
Yesterday Jeroen was already at the chinese restaurant ordering food by the time I got home! He took care of choosing "light" stuff for me. No gebaken bananen this time, no scary stuff. Just egg, chicken and veggies.
Whether it had too much carbs or not, no idea. But it was delicious and we have so much leftover that we'll eat the same tonight! Mmm.
For lunchie I brought with me two hard-boiled eggs. I will just get some ham and maybe a soupie at the cantine.
A while ago I was having a home-sickness attack. The argentinian girl brought a CD of music in Spanish. The songs in it included several ones that I used to listen to a lot with my family back in Mexico, including the song I sang in my wedding! Dude, I felt like running to the toilets and cry but I was a strong Nichah and just let it pass hehe. *sigh*
