today I had a really really fun day. I got to sleep in a bit (even though I felt more tired than I've been all week) and then I went up to A&M for Melanie's graduation. On the way up, I showed my grandmother my scrapbooks and got to talk to her about all my friends and tell her stories which was really nice. the graduation itself was boring as anything, but I screamed SOOOOOOO loud for Melanie and the people in front of me were like mortified which was a nice touch. Jess and I skipped out a tad early to go get a reservation at Texas Roadhouse and that gave us a lot of time to talk and catch up on life. She's really cool in case you didn't know. After we ate, we went back to the George Bush Library to take more pics (we had made a quick trip there before graduation but only had the chance to take like 2 pictures). Omg though it was so much fun! It was like Glamourshots all over again and Jess and I took so many hilarious candid pics. I'm gonna frame some though because I swear these pictures are like cheesy christmas card pictures and I love them. But yah... after a fun time acting like models, Jess and I drove to her place and then as a favor for rob, we had to use some code to go into this random girls house to get some dress or something. it was weird and we were positive the owner of the house was gonna jump out with like a baseball bat and beat us to smithereens. but as you can tell, I'm alive and at least somewhat well. Hah and then Jess and I drove back to Houston and then we went for a run/walk/sprint which was good. I needed the outlet for any mental anxiety not driven away by the fun I had previously partaken in. overall though, Jess and I agreed it was the most fun we've ever had during a family-only day. yah...

now it's off to bed to dream sugar plum fairy dreams of prom that wont come true. or maybe they will.. who knows. I'm excited about some things... and not about others. like tim... I'm excited about tim cuz he was funny. but drama and pissiness... no I'm not excited about that and hopefully I can stay away from it and not get drawn in. thats all for now. a post-prom update will surely come later as Jacob and I promised each other we'd look amazing so that we could be the overall most amazing looking couple in our group. yup yup... its gonna happen and I'll have pictures to prove it.
