Timeline: During her
ascention to meet Vriska on top of the roof. (A5P2) (SPOILERS)
Personality: Even the Alternian Trolls have those that are considered “strange” by their standards, and Terezi is one of them. It’s no surprise, however, given the fact that she lived alone in a treehive in the middle of an isolated forest while her lusus slept within an egg in the woods (attached to a doomsday device, of course). Because of this, she pretty much raised herself, though she could hardly keep to herself, and LARPed to keep herself entertained. While the other trolls are usually raised by their own lusus, Terezi had to make do on her own, so her ideas of social norms as well as personal boundaries a little bit different than the others. But she fits in well enough on her own. She prefers to get in close to the other trolls, to smell and lick things that most trolls wouldn’t touch (Tavros’ blood, for example), and is considered a little weird for it, though it’s likely she does it for that very reason. Weirding others out is her specialty, and she can get away with it considering her lack of sight.
Within her hive, when she’s not pestering/”trolling” the other characters of Homestuck, Terezi keeps to herself. She decorates her room with dragon scales and Scalemates, due to her fascination with dragons (as her lusus is one). She uses her Scalemates as her FLARPing buddies, and names them according to the games she plays. Her favourite scenario is the courtroom drama, where she takes the character of prosecuting attorney (as there is no such thing as a defense on Alternia) in the grand courtblock under the oversight of H1S HONOR4BL3 TYR4NNY. She also enjoys crime scene investigation in her off time, and has her own highly elite team for forensic investigators. Her dream, of course, is to be one day a Legislacerator, as she has a penchant for justice and a love for solving crime. She takes these roles quite seriously, not only because she loves playing, but also because she knows how much it drives others crazy (mainly Karkat).
Online, however, Terezi is very much a “troll,” and loves heckling others just to get a rise out of them. Her typing quirk involves the numbers of the blind prophets, and substitutes I, E, and A, with 1, 3, and 4. She also uses emotes such as >:? And >:], though whether they are meant to represent her horns or her eyebrows depends on her mood (they're whatever she wants them to be). She gets along with most of the other trolls in her session, though she loves getting a rise out of Karkat the most, as he’s the easiest and quickest to anger, though she finds this part of him “adorable.” Her relationship with Karkat is “complicated,” as he puts it, and whether or not they are truly in the matesprit quadrant is still hazy, but she does hold a certain fondness for him. She is the only one (or one of the few) that knows Karkat’s true blood colour, something he doesn’t display in his text like the other trolls do. She does care for him a lot, but he is also slightly frustrating to her, considering his smart ass nature and overall loudness.
She also gets around, as far as talking to the kids are concerned, even going as far as to help Rose and lead John to his death. By making it up to him after that failed attempt (in a sense, he really did go to his death on her word), she met Dave, whom she sticks with for the remainder of the session. She finds Dave interesting and their friendship began with her drawing his glasses and broken record symbol over various images and .gifs found on the internet (“striderifying” them, as she calls them), accompanied with “1S TH1S YOU D4V3?” and other such teasing jeers. Their relationship developed from there as Terezi became something of his patron/fairy god troll. Their interactions range from mutual trolling to some kind of awkward teenage flirting, but they generally do get along, given their similar interests in “art” and considering the fact that she does help him accomplish many things in his session. She attempts to lead him to his questbed to have him kill one of his "alternate" selves in an attempt to reach God Tier, but it's too much for Dave and he can't do it. Instead, she's forced to watch as one of the alternate Daves dies at the hand of Jack Noir and runs from the room crying; even though Dave himself is still alive on the Alpha Timeline, she is still upset at seeing his death.
Terezi tries to get along with the other trolls, though she derives most of her interactions from heckling them, and seems to take enjoyment out of the simple things. She’s almost constantly smiling or laughing with her signature H3H3H3H3H3H laugh. She is pretty easily amused, which is evident in her solo RPs as well as the ones she does with others, and her enjoyment out of interactions with others, both trolls and humans alike.
The only troll she doesn’t quite get along with is Vriska, though that stems from a long history going back to her days as part of the Scourge Sisters. She thought of herself and Vriska as a vigilante duo, bringing justice to those deserving of it. The two of them took on the personas of their ancestors, Marquis Spinneret Mindfang and the Neophyte Legislacerator Redglare, however, Vriska’s intentions were not as righteous as hers; while she wanted to bring others to justice for their crimes, Vriska just needed innocent trolls to feed to her lusus. After Vriska pushed Tavros off of a cliff and killing Aradia, Terezi broke off all ties with Vriska and renounced the Scourge Sisters. She also let Doc Scratch in on the fact that Vriska had his “seeing orb,” which he then exploded, causing Vriska to lose her sight as well as her arm. Vriska exacted her revenge by taking control Tavros’ mind, using his ability to commune with animals to awaken Terezi’s lusus, forcing Terezi to wake up prematurely on Prospit, where she was then blinded permanently. It was then that Terezi’s lusus finally began to speak to her, teaching her how to “see” without sight - through taste and smell. While she still cannot stand Vriska, she is also grateful for this experience, as it allowed her to finally become closer to her lusus, whom she had not met (personally) until then, and allowed her to “sense” and experience life in a new way. It was said she could even have sight on Prospit if she wanted to, but she chooses to stay blind out of spite to Vriska.
It's her love of smelling and sniffing things that is one of her defining quirks. She licks almost everything, from her glasses to her chalk drawings to her computer screen. She sees with her tongue and has no regrets about it. The smells and tastes of different things make for a much more pleasing "sensory bouquet" than the things she saw when she had vision. Her favourite colour, and the most delicious one in her opinion, is red. She likes to draw on the walls with chalk and lick them afterward, enjoying in the deliciousness that is the strange mixture of colours. She also loves to draw, and considers herself to be quite good at it, but prefers are stranger combination of colours as they probably "smell better."
Abilities: Terezi's fetch modus is the SCRATCH AND SNIFF modus, where she places and holds her items. She can retrieve any item at any time, but items can only be identified through, of course, scratching and sniffing. This is no problem for her considering her lack of sight and ability to smell colours.
As far as physical abilities go, Terezi's strife specibus is CANEKIND, where she uses her white cane as a walking stick but also as a weapon. Her most recent cane is her DRAGON CANE, which is composed of a cane with the head of a dragon (possibly her cane alchemized with one of her Scalemates). Once pulled apart, the cane becomes two swords, which she dual wields to fight. Her ancestor Redglare also possessed a similar cane.
Her blindness also contributes to her abilities. After being blinded by Vriska, her lusus awoke her dreamself on Prospit and taught her how to see the world through smell and taste. She uses this to see instead and views it as a "sensory bouquet" - though her dreamself could still possess sight, she actually prefers to be blind as it brings her closer to her lusus (and out of spite to Vriska as well).
Her Mythological role in the game Sgrub (or Sburb) is the SEER OF MIND and excels in subtle manipulation as well as the ability to see doomed timelines resulting from present actions. According to Doc Scratch, the Seer fills a support role by seeing the alternate timelines that stem from the actions her teammates perform, and from those timelines, pick the path to victory, as this path is not always as clear and obvious as it should seem. It is this ability that will later help her defeat Vriska to prevent her and Karkat's deaths at the hands of Jack Noir, a doomed future she saw during her duel against her on the roof (though that has yet to come to pass).

TH1S 1S 4 L1NK TO TH3 1M4G3 Sample writing: She crouched down next to the body with a sigh, rubbing at her chin with long fingers. Her other hand set her cane down next to her as her eyes "scanned" the scene of the crime. She took in a long, deep breath and let the smells mix as she sorted them out. She could almost see it, a clear picture of what was in front of her: the body of a Scalemate, Senator Scarleteye, his stuffing strewn across the floor. Gutted, it seems. What a cruel what to go. The nostacle was a gruesome one, but she could smell no murder weapon, nor the murderer nearby.
"Professor Pucefoot. Your findings?" she asked as she grabbed one of the Scalemates littered around the "scene of the crime." They had taped it off earlier in order to preserve the evidence, keep it from contamination. A few other Scalemates of varying colours surrounded the area, all eager to get a good look at what was going on. The crime had been in plain sight, after all, in one of the various rooms of their Secret Base. And she would not let a crime go unsolved.
Not on her smell.
She nodded as she held Professor Pucefoot up to her ear. "Yes, interesting," she said, eyes narrowing. She set him down to continue his investigation and scooted closer to the body to get a closer taste. It was truly brutal (deliciously so). She could smell the murder on him; could smell the deceit of a murderer.
She turned to her team of highly trained crime scene investigators and crossed her arms over her chest. "It seems we have a slippery snake on our hands here, boys. But our killer was sloppy and left behind everything we need to bring him in. And it is up to us to solve this crime. Above all, we must find justice." She nodded sagely as she picked her cane up again and took a closer look at the body.
"Inspector Berrybreath, begin bagging the evidence. Doctor Honeytongue, I want you to take a look at the victim. We have our work cut out for us here."
She grinned as she straightened up and looked out that spectators there to watch the show. "You know what they say, boys. When it comes to justice, you can never be..." she sighed and as she slid her glasses on, "...over-stuffed."
