Well I'm back from my AIDS/Lifecycle bike ride. And let me tell you, it was the experience of a lifetime. I would highly suggest doing it if you have any interest with the cause. It's like there was an automatic sense of community; I had 2500 new friends as soon I arrived. Your body and mind can do amazing things when you give them the chance. Here
