i think i've come to terms with the fact my candyswap package will not be coming in.
mrs.o., i'm sorry,i was looking forward to it. i'm not bitter. my chocolate is.
i strongly suspect customs. if it has a uniform, suspect it.
instead, i applied myself to some pink peppercorn chocolate before the heatwave struck
it had a shockingly strong pepper smell, but was smooth and subtle to taste.
further testing will include pure primitivo chocolate with peperoncino (53%)
and dolfin's fresh ginger chocolate.
and i've noticed people are not so receptive to chocolate past 30 degrees centigrade.
i am looking forward to cooling candy.
