insanity

so i was just reading an article on cnn.com about the gas prices and all that jazz. i know, everyones favorite news topic, other than new orleans. but aaaanyways...the article was basically explaining how gas prices are continuing to rise...blah blah...i kept reading cuz i know that in these articles they generally post the avg. price around the country (2.86 a gallon - record high) and then i continued reading and read this...

Stations in the Atlanta region were charging as much as $5 a gallon, and one station in Stockbridge, Ga. was charging customers $5.87 a gallon. That led Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue to sign an order putting the state's price-gouging statute into play Thursday.

could you even imagine?!?! holy crap. i would walk everywhere. $5.87 A GALLON!!! the jetta i drove this summer held a 13 gallon tank. to fill it would cost me $76!!!!!!! this is insanity.

ok, im done ranting
♥, me
