Here are some of my sweets and breads from my 1st quarter of Intro. to Baking and Pastries...yep yep enjoy!
My favorite was the ice cream marshmallow dudes and the tastiest were the tiny coffee cheesecakes.
There's chocolate dipped strawberries, strawberries dipped in clear peach jelly, lavender scented marshmallows,
chocolate truffles, kirsch petite fours, and chocolate petite fours
Bread, bread, bread (Julie, i still have to write the jalapeno bread recipe for you)
Danishes, croissants, and muffins
Doughnuts, dinner rolls, grisinni sticks, jelly filled doughnuts and more dinner rolls
(whole class)
Sugar pie honey bunch........umm apple cinnamon and raspberry pie

Italian buttercream!
Croquembouche = small cream puffs filled with pastry cream and dipped in chocolate
I also made the butterfly!
Vanilla souffle m-m-m-m-m!!!
Now, these three desserts are made with the same thing which is hazelnut barvarian
cream and genoise (spongecake) but I just plated each of them different and such....
A cookie spoon and espresso sauce
I wrapped this one with a chocolate wrap haha
This one is my favorite and it was for my final
let's see, the raspberry sauce has flecks of white chocolate and
I made two hazelnut sticks with sugar but it's hard to see them
the end.
