Well, I ate lots of cake last week, but I had some good days, and I lost 1 lb this week!!! I'm officially at 154.4 which is higher than my lowest JC weight (of I think 153.4) but I'll take it. I had a pretty good day today, too. AND I found my gym card!!!! So I really hope to lose 1 lb more this week.
I'm 2.4 lbs over my maintenance weight for a few years ago. I had fluctuated between 148-152 for 3 years, and my lowest weight in the past 6.25 years has been 146 (my previous highest weight non-pregnancy ever!) Anywho ... I've got less than 10 lbs to go to be well on my way to getting to my goal. My pre-pregnancy weight was 130 but let's not get ahead of ourselves, especially since I'm not even back to my lowest JC weight.
Today I ate pretty well:
JC sandwich 200
3 waters
JC pizza 300
JC bar 100
mints, 2 taffys, 2 cow tails - 300?
JC pizza 300
JC lemon cake 170
1/2 c milk 50
vitamuffin 100
and walked 6500 steps. I know the calories won't be great so I don't want to calculate them, but this is a good day, really.
Tomorrow I've got lunch plans but I hope to eat not too much and be busy most of the day so we'll see.
