Finally, an update
I haven't updated in almost 3 weeks. Somehow I just haven't felt like it, even though there are a lot of things I could have talked about. It just seems I never have time to write about stuff when it's recent, and somehow writing about things weeks after they've happened seems stupid. I meant to post a review of the best gig I've gone to this fall (Hanoi Rocks), but that was a month ago. :(
I'm going to see Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire tonight. I'm going with my ex-boyfriend Mikael, and my friend Saara and her boyfriend. I just talked on the phone with Mikael, and realized I don't remember much from the book (Goblet of Fire). Mikael told me he downloaded the audiobook version of Goblet of Fire as mp3:s, and listened it through in 3 days! That made me really happy. Yay, I converted him to a Potter-fan! He doesn't really read books (except for biographies like The Dirt or How To Make Love Like A Pornstar) so it was pretty incredible that he had actually downloaded the audiobook of his own initiative. I introduced him to audiobooks when we listened to Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban together. Before that I had tried to get him to read the Harry Potter books, but with little success. Audiobooks are a great way to share a reading experience with other people. I definitely recommend them! :)
