i'm so corny but you love it...don't be in denial. by the way, i know you care that today's my half-birthday. lol only i would even give a shit about that. anyway, i moved back to school last week. even though i went back all early, i was glad that i could get settled before classes started on tuesday. i got my books for under 200 bills with the aid of frank and cristina for hooking me up with books for 2 of my classes. so pumped about that and the fact that i got rid of my calc and rhetorical tradition books cuz the bookstore wasn't taking them back. i'm still in the process of adding/dropping classes, but i have NO friday classes as of now. yes i know that's bomb cuz i have 3-day weekends for the rest of the year. i'm really praying i can keep my schedule this way, but some of my classes suck so i don't know what's gonna happen before the end of drop/add.
took madd pics when i got back to BC so feel free to check out the site. you know i'm staying on top of that obsession. i really missed some BC people, but i still have yet to see a few more of my favorites. walpole, i know you read this so just to let you know someday i will be able to beat you in golf AND i was gonna win that bet. my goal this semester is to manage my time better and to chill with more people more often. i'm pretty sure i'm rooming with carla next year so i'm kinda excited about that. the semester just started, but we've already gotten closer. i really wanted to see people tonight cuz i had 4 hockey tickets to the BC (#2 BABY!!!) vs. northeastern game (i luv my twin tiff!) but plans fell through so i ended up just staying in my room since everyone else went to the clubbb, but by that point i didn't feel like going out anymore.
it's all good though cuz i'm getting really sick anyway. this weather is definitely NOT helping me get any better. there's a chocolate city party in a few weeks so i'm really excited cuz i really enjoyed myself at their first party earlier in the year. tomorrow's storm is gonna suck cuz i kinda wanted to go home to pick up my check, buy late xmas presents, do laundry, and i believe there's something poppin' off at night. lately there have been little things in my life that make me really happy (or should i say smitten?), but some things are too good to be true so i'm not even gonna get my hopes up for them to stick around. i guess i have a rather pessimistic attitude but i've learned the hard way that if you don't set high expectations, there's no room for disappointment. i'd rather be proven wrong or surprised than disappointed so sue me.
damn i'm a friggin insomniac. i can't even believe i made it to my 9am survey of mass comm classes this week. i noticed when i wrote the date on my notes, i kept writing 2004. it feels so weird writing 2005...where did the time go??? before you know it, i'm gonna be all old and wrinkly and shit. lol jus playin. random thought, but TALIA you better come up to visit me someday. everyone go see coach carter cuz it was good and the men are FOINEEE. (yes, the O was meant to be in there) i still have the free ticket i got outta it so when a good movie comes out, holla at me. no scary movies though cuz i'm a wuss. lol well, i have nothing else remotely good to say so i'm off this. v's up, a-town down!
