kids were calm today...very strange...i almost asked some of them why they were being quite.
last night i went crazy with sharp objects and have maimed both of my index fingers. my right one on a razor i was fishing out of an overnight bag (i actually cut through my nail which i didn't think could be done with a razor) and my left one was assaulted by a pair of scissors while cutting up vocab words for my students. i am missing a huge chunck of skin.
which is smaller than a dime, dave, in case you ever get online and read this. though the status for my hands wasn't part of the bargain.
oh well. i bought shiny black shoes from target that makes it all better right?
