ohhhh the book thief is really good! and you should totally play mass effect 2, it is the most excellent game (you can get it for PC and xbox, i think ...) and maybe the first game too, but it's kind of old and tends to be a bit weird and glitchy and the controls are impossible :| but that might be me.

WELL the sappy ones are all also historical and social commentaries as well (except for warm bodies which is ... a romance novel about a zombie) but yes reading descriptions :|b you are wiser than i am, i routinely buy books because they have pretty covers i feel this is fairly bad considering that i once wanted to do english at university.
AW MAN i was always somewhat miffed because i wanted to get a copy of fight club with a specific cover but at the time i could only get a slightly kooky and not very aesthetically pleasing one :| but i wanted the book so much that i had no choice lmfdalf;sfdsdf
