Letter to the Gov
Dear Congress,
I believe that we need a National Mental Health Day. I'm behind in everything, and my brain is about to implode. In addition, many of your citizens are sleep-deprived and are 70% more likely to be involved in accidents both on the road and in the bathroom. If you do not declare a national holiday for people to regain a bit of their sanity, schizophrenia is likely to rise by 2% by the end of year 2400. I hope you will take this into consideration and push for legislation as soon as possible.
