you guys, i am so obsessed with my brother's dog. she is so awesome. she crawls all up on me and loses interest halfway through chasing down a ball and just wants to kick it with new people. she is winning over my mom, who is the reason we never had pets growing up, and i'm all, great. little late, over here

I figured this was only fair, since I requested a remix and everything. There's something about Zito/Harden, this version especially, that calms me from the inside out. Zito's heartbeat-quick impulses, Harden's patient pliability, their little behavioral habits and tics when they're around each other and only each other. I always enjoy stories where location plays a big part, and everything here just sticks in my mind: this small quiet wet island of Harden's, the cold of the offseason making it hard to suddenly spin out of control, so everything that happens happens like a long echoing descent, perfect.

Uh, basically, a lot. One of my favorites, for sure.

so, you know i completely feel you on the weirdly soothing nature of the zito/harden pairing. i think what it is is that they both have a couple overarching character traits that follow them into every story, mainly that zito is crazy and co-dependent, and harden is the coolest motherfucker on the planet and never lets shit get to him. so they are like the perfect match.

also, i've never seen that thumbs up hand before! where did you GET that and why aren't people using them left and right? i am as emoticon-less as you will ever see, and i still find that pretty effin' awesome.
