(cue Barney: "LORD PALMERSTON." Cue Wade Boggs punched in the face. Awesomeness).

I love you for that.

Now, on to read the fic.

I cannot stop crying, even though I'm typing this out. It is outstanding and possibly the best I've ever read. You are remarkable beyond the word's definition.

Arrrgh. Need tissues.

Somehow it's clear from the start that it can't last between them, it's too much, too intense but it's still so sad to see things fall apart. Absolutely epic angst, incredibly well written. A+

well, you know sherlock holmes. never does anything halfway, falling in love or getting his heart broken or whatever it might be, he's in it to win it. thanks for reading.

......I kept hoping for a happy ending with each chapter.

*whimpers*

(Not that it isn't wonderful; it IS, absolutely. Just. GAH. Your Holmes in love was so lovely and wonderful, but also imbued with such bittersweetness since the falling apart surrounded those blissful moments. I became invested in seeing him that happy again. BRB gonna have to bury the shattered remnants of my heart just like Holmes.)

oh man, sorry about that. the happy endings will return soon, i promise! but thanks for reading despite the admitted depressiveness of the thing.
