I. I think Im in love. This is just lovely and Im so astounded at how authentic it feels.
Yeah, my daddy made me watch old westerns growing up, and even though I never admitted that I liked Shane and Clint Eastwood and The Sundance Kid.... I did. And I do. And I love this fic. It's a wonderful mix of gritty cowboy and character-depth. It's just... I love it.
The scene with the Hole in the Wall crowd was done perfectly and Im just grinning like an idiot right now because I love this idea so much. Plus, it's wincest?? Marry me.
Im not even on to the next chapter yet but this is already mem'd. Yay!

This is so awesome. This is one of my favorite movies, ever, and you're working some of the best lines into this so well. The blending of the supernatural into the Western is perfect, and the way the rest of the world misunderstands them is perfectly in keeping with both genres. Yay!
