Daniel has screwed me for the last time. He decided he needed all the money from the car so he had the guy who bought it put the money directly into his account and nothing goes to me. I told him that I wasn't going to send him his tags until he paid me, he said he paid everything on time and doesn't owe me a dime and was going to call the cops if I kept his license plate. I'm going to report him to the IRS for not paying his taxes, I'm going to ask them who I should call to report him being paid under the table at Chestnut, anything I can do to make things difficult for him now. He screwed me too many times. Any other suggestions on what I should do? I wish I had kept better records. The woman I work with said I should go to the District Justice and file a claim against him for the money he owes me. She said that her daughter was able to get the money back from her ex that way. My parents could do that too if they had a copy of the lease that daniel and I signed, but Daniel and Edinboro have the only 2 copies. I wonder if I could get a copy of the lease from Edinboro.
