So I'm officially a 'Beginning Runner' and I've started my own program that I found on some website. It's basically an 8-week walk/run program and at the end I should be able to comfortably run 2 miles. From there I'll train for a 5k (3.1 mi) and from there I'll train to run
the Boilermaker, America's largest 15K road race", which just so happens to be in my wonderful town. It's a huge deal here and it's so fun to watch, I always get so motivated afterwards, to be active and do stuff, but I never do. This time I'm going to. I bought new
running shoes and have already been bet $100 that I won't run next year's race. Money is motivation enough for me to do something, so here I am, training away.
I'm hoping that someday I'll reach the point where a 9.3 mile race doesn't seem like the most daunting thing ever.
Please point me in the direction of all the random HP theories you know of. I've already read "Ron is Dumbledore" which sort of intrigued me and now I'm interested in more.
Because I really want to do this:
Ask me for "top five" lists of pretty much anything, and I will list you my top five of that thing or things.
It's fun! Don't leave me hanging, ask away. I'll answer, I PROMISE!
