EVERYONE! I have come today to show you all the wonders of SHIITAKE. This mushroom has wondrous health properties and is very cost effective! You can buy them fresh or dried, but the dried ones have more flavor!

My first thought when I saw the photo was "THOSE LOOK TOO BIG TO BE SHIITAKE." But then I realized that the picture was probably not to scale or whatever.
