anyone know a good lawyer?

My poor mom got herself into a pickle. She's really stressing over this truck stuff. Rick still has the truck and hasn't made a payment for three months so now they are trying to reposess it. Some detective guy called her and told her that the dealership was being investigated for fraud but it seems fishy to me. Anyway Rick refuses to bring her the truck and she is being charged for the investigation and alla that crap. The detective guy sent her a paper that he wants her to sign and return right away stating that she understands that she is responsible for the full amount of the loan and alla that stuff. I told her she should talk to a lawyer before she does anything else because it sounds like someone made a mistake somewhere and now they're trying to cover their butts.
I'm really worried about her and wish I could be there for her...it's hard being so far away. The good news is that she will be here for Christmas and that makes me happy =0)
