What a difference a year makes. Sometimes the difference isnt noticable, sometimes to recognize the what you had a year ago is nearly impossible.
Today last year I started Lj, I loved it. I decided I’d try it for a year. Its been a year. I’ve decided to quit Lj, It kept me really connected to my friends all 20 something of them. I really want to get back to real journals and sadly lj for me is a big time waster. The quizzes are a total plus. Too bad ‘real’ journals don’t offer those.
This is a list of stuff that happened this year:
I did Highschool swimming
I went to Eastern Europe
I had A big money making job
More high paying jobs
I started listening to The radio
I became addicted to Homestarrunner
I went to Saint Louis for summit
I finished my last year on summer swim league
I was a camper for the last time at awana camp
And a whole lotta other suff.
Got a little car then a fatty McFatterson mini Van
Also tonight a few of things ended. My good friend Hayley is going off to collage, soon to be followed by most of my friends my age. I finally finished the graduation present I was making for Kathleen and her. State History class ended. Today a lot of things have ended. When people say: the end is only the beginning. I thought that was stupid. Now I get it. When things end really everything is just about to start brand new.
I’m intrested to see where life takes me.
I’ll probably get on LiveJ sometimes to see how my friends are. Really if I don’t spend time with you here we’re got the great Thereafter.
Love God, love yourself, Love your life.
