My kitty
I'm really nervous today. Yeah, it's Christmas, but my Kitty is not doing well. He had bladder surgery on Tuesday and is in pain. I've been having problems giving him his pain meds, but a friend's suggestion is a comfort. I'm going to try it when he gets up from his nap. She said to put it in some tuna. I was told that this was an on the tongue only med, but she said you can give it to him in something like tuna. It may take longer to work, but at least he gets it. I'm down to two doses only, so this better work! I think it will. At least the vet will be open tomorrow and I can go get more.
I feel so sorry for him! I know he's uncomfortable because he keeps going in and out of his litter box when he's awake. Poor guy! But hopefully this will just get better as the days go by.
