Ok I take back my earlier post about everything being great at work. That good bit lasted a while and again there is no que. But that few hours before i just took my lunch sucked ass. Had two customers in a row that were total dumb asses aka most customers, then a few semi smartthen one guy that was pissed that because they were still doing work on

Queue always picks up when I come in... im surprized that there was no queue that firt couple hours I was there.
My first two customers were assholes and idiots.
I had the second one remove the splitter, which holds about a 70% chance that they'll disconnect the call unless you specifically ask them to make sure that the phone they are disconnecting isnt the one that they are talking on. It's sad that we have to do that... youd think that they would have enough common sense to know that if you unplug something it will turn off... morons. But that why we have a job.
