Now actual training starts
Yesterday evening was another day of policies, and they went over our benefits packages. Our benefits package is very good, and I think I may actually elect to take it. They also went over some things about call center statistics and such, that we as agents should pay attention to. After all this stuff, our trainer finally got the floor, and we talked about his expectations and the history of T-Mobile. Today we get to see the actual call center building, which is still under heavy construction, and we'll begin our actual training. I'm looking forward to seeing the place where I'll be working. 3 floors, lots of windows.
