You know, this latest postsecret (it's always the latest postsecret isn't it?) got me thinking. Everyone on there seemed to be desperately looking for someone or they'd had their heart broken by someone. Right now, I may say I want a guy, I can say it as much as I want pretty much but all things considered, I really don't. Guys only complicate things and at this stage I have enough complications. Plus, I know the level of pain and emotional trauma I can cause for myself and I'm ok with that, and having someone else inflicting that kind of pain on me just wouldn't work. I like to be in control just too damn much. So right now, I'm good and happy with myself and I'm ok with being single. But I'm not saying I won't enjoy a casual fling or two ;)
