Copied verbatim from a 29 item list entitled "INCREDIBLE "verifiable" list of "flip flaps" by Bush...". If you're a Bush supporter, you probably won't like me very much after this.
#29, "Winning The War On Terror" :
-Bush claims he can win the war on terror.
"One of the interesting things people ask me, now that we're asking questions, is, can you ever win the war on terror? Of course, you can." [President Bush, 4/13/04]
...just 4 months later...
-Bush says war on terror is unwinnable.
"I don't think you can win [the war on terror]." [President Bush, 8/30/04]
...the very next day...
-Bush says he will win the war on terror.
"Make no mistake about it, we are winning and we will win [the war on terror]." [President Bush, 8/31/04]
Keep in mind there are 28 OTHER ITEMS with quotes. While I realize that the quotes above do not have sources, most of the other one's do. I just liked this one the best, you know, coming from the man accusing his opponent of flip-flopping. NO ONE'S PERFECT BUDDY!!
VP debate tonight. You know, the vice president of the Senate, in which there is a house. With people. And voting rights. Voting rights capable of passing on bills which could reinstate the draft.
