`Bee' host works with Rinna for TV Guide

"The Singing Bee" host Joey Fatone has expanded his duties, being named co-host of TV Guide Network's red-carpet coverage for all awards shows through 2008.
Fatone will work with Lisa Rinna, who began her hosting gig in April. Both were popular contestants on ABC's reality hit "Dancing With the Stars" and they will cover the Academy Awards, Golden Globes, Grammys and the SAG Awards.
Fatone will remain busy on "Bee" as well, which began as a summer reality hit on NBC and will continue in the fall.
"Joey is a top-notch professional with a natural likeability and great sense of humor, all of which are essential attributes of a red carpet TV host," said TV Guide Network President Ryan O'Hara. "He will be a terrific complement to Lisa."
[ETA] In a statement, Fatone said he plans to make "the red carpet experience entertaining, spontaneous and most of all fun - not only for those walking the red carpet, but also for the fans watching at home."
