Need to buy a moderately-sized weather balloon

So I am going to be Number Siz from the old British TV show The Prisoner for Halloween and I can think of nothing better than walking to a party being "chased" by a moderately-sized white weather balloon.

Is there anywhere in Montreal where I can purchase such a weather balloon?
