I find it interesting that people think differently of 'behavioural science' rather than 'psychology'

There seems to be more ... prestige when you say 'behavioural science'

Therefore, I am no longer telling people my major is psyc. It is now behavioural science

I think it's because when you say anything involving science, people's eyes get big and they imagine you mixing chemicals with great skill and curing diseases.

Man, my degree even has the word 'Science' in it but it still doesn't help. To get that kind of respect I think I'd need to call it "Science Political Science Science". Yup, deffinetly need a 3:1 ratio on science to politics to get any respect.
