i know you're wondering when
Of all days to not bring anything with me to work. I got scheduled for two tutoring appointments today, probably my last two ever. Silly me, I assumed that both my tutees would actually show up, so I didn't bother to bring either of the two books I'm reading or the sweater I'm knitting. Of course that means that when I got here, there was a message on the machine from one of my tutees, canceling today's appointment. Which means I'm sitting here being quite bored (at least getting paid for it, so I guess that's a plus).
On the plus side, yesterday I went up to my internship to fill out paperwork so I won't have to worry about it while I'm in Canada, and I also dropped off my security deposit for my new apartment! Yayyyyyy! I'm pretty super excited about life right now. Tomorrow's my dad's birthday so we're all taking him to a Phillies game (okay, no lie, I hate baseball, and I might want to stab myself while we're there, but I'm SO bringing my knitting and I hear there are good snacks). Then Friday Kelly's coming to visit for the weekend, which is awesome. I think I'll take her to the Pop Shop for lunch when she gets here, then Saturday will be a trip down to Wildwood for the boardwalk, which she's never been to. She leaves on Sunday and Monday I drive up to Canada YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!! :D :D :D :D SO cannot wait. Two weeks of boytime, yay! And THEN, when I come home again, I get to move into my new apartment! :D This month is turning out to be very exciting.
