Tales from the work place
Yesterday at work someone stole pads! Not even the whole package either, just like...two or three. what the hell? It was so funny.. Randy was the one who found the evidence, and I was like "WHY WOULD SOMEONE ONLY TAKE TWO!?" and he answered "maybe they dont know what size they are?"
I almost pissed myself laughing. Guys are so funny.
Theres this guy who just started moved to town, and he works at the restuarant next door as a cook, and he NEVER smiles, hes seems kinda like a kicked puppy. I'm ALWAYS friendly and upbeat at work, and probably a little more so for the people who look so sad (I cant help it, sad people make my heart sad) Anyway, so I was all smiley like usual, and he laughed and was like "HOW CAN YOU BE SO HAPPY!?" as he walked out. I get that a lot.
I wouldnt say im a uber happy person, because offering friendly service is part of my job. People are weird.
HAH! A couple weeks ago, at work, this girl was asking me how to get a job at our store, and I told her to drop off a resume. She asked me what was on my resume (why doesnt she know what a resume looks like? shes my age!) and some how my last part time job came up.
i told her that Id worked at necessities for five years as a part time student, and she looked at me like I was crazy and said "FIVE YEARS?! Holy crap, what a waste of time!!!"
....right.
Pople are weird.
ETA: I forgot!!! Last night discovered Luther Vandross! HAH! very cool stuff.
