Swag Magazine
What has my life come to? All I'm posting about lately it seems are the jobs I'm getting. Ha. I posted about my job at KGIC... then a random post about the differences between Canada and America... and now I'm going to post about another job I got.
Actually, it's not exactly a job in the traditional I go to work from 9 to 5 and get paid each to do whatever mundane and mind-numbing task the company sets out for me. However... I do get paid... so in that sense it's a job.
I've just been hired as a streetwalker.
Just kidding.
I'm writing 2 columns for a woman's magazine called Swag Magazine. I'm doing a column on sex and a product review. It sounds really fun. As she was describing the magazine, I was like "oh my god... this sounds really fun... I want to be a part of this." So this is going to be the funnest thing ever, I think. All I have to do is write whatever I want about sex and then review some products that she gives me. I think it's vitamins or an energy drink. Anyway... this sounds so easy.
You mean, someone's actually paying me to do this!?! Wow. This is the kind of job I need to find on a permanent basis. Let's see... how can I translate this into a full-time job? Now that's the question. Freelancers don't really get that though, do they. Whatever... it's fun. Still have to find something else... but this'll be a good side thing.
Anyway... I'll keep you posted.
