A party!
Reserve the evening of Friday July 3 and Saturday July 4th, and maybe Sunday July 5th, for a party!, a party in which people are encouraged to bring their computers for some impromptu gaming (ie. it's a LAN party!).
What else would you be doing, watching the ID celebrations on all the US TV stations?
My brother Robin will be in town, and school will be out, so what better time to get together for some gaming?
Setup on Friday evening, as usual, with some "test" gaming until late in the morning. Breakfast will probably be provided Sat morning, followed by a day of gaming. If numbers are sufficient, then the gaming may continue into Sunday.
