Yesterday I handed in my finished assignments, including my Anthro essay. I hung out with friends all day. And then... Mel, Lisa, Matt and I went to the Royal Adelaide Show, where we met up with Locky and we all had a fantastic time.
Because it was my first time, everyone insisted we do a lot of first-timer stuff. We went all over the place. We squeed at the cats,
fish, birds, and
(evil) bunnies. I loved the farm nursery petting zoo. They had goats! And guinna pigs! And
techno chickens! We played a few side show games and they went on
some rides. The only ride I went on was the
ferris wheel with Matt - where we both discovered that yes, we are afraid of heights. We all had hot chocolate and watched the fireworks, which weren't the most impressive I've ever seen, but they were still cool.
I bought myself
black angel wings, a PotC show bag with a toy sword, pistol, medallion, belt, bandanna and treasure chest, an M&M show bag, and a stuffed animal of Ramon from Happy Feet that's very soft and lovely.
Davide couldn't come with us because he had to study. That's a shame, because I wished he was there. I still bought him two show bags and I won him a stuffed character.
Here are some more photos:

Now I'm going to spend the day watching Hellsing. (Davide bought me the DVD) XD!!!
My random quote for this entry is contained in
this video of the crazy, prize winning Budgerigar. Yes, that's my voice in the video. XD
