R.I.P. Yates
I am saddened to report that Yates, my blue cichlid who lived on his own, has sadly died tonight after a brief battle with bloat. He will be fondly remembered. I hope he has found his snail friend, Shaggydog, in aquarium heaven. (Fish and snail, best of friends.)
This is the nail in the coffin of a very stressful week. I have Stocktake on Saturday morning, and our unit inspection this Sunday afternoon. Very stressful all around to the point of near physical illness.
On the bright side, at least our place will be clean, I'll have one less tank to take care of, and I'll have extra monies. I'm gonna buy myself geeky t-shirts online to make myself feel better.
Nick's been stressed too, but we're helping each other out. We'll be okay, next week.
