Farewell Fringe!

*bows* And so we bid the Adelaide Fringe farewell for another year. It's been a good one for me. Nick and I concluded our Fringe adventure by seeing the second AUFC play "The Odd Couple." We're friends with about half of the cast and crew, and so were looking forward to seeing this. That and "The Odd Couple" is known for being witty. The club did a really great job. The set was great (even if I did say that when it was messy it looked like Paul's house IRL. Sorry!) and the acting was good too. I can't think of any major faults.

I hope I can get involved in a Fringe Club play next year.

We also saw Sound & Fury again with a group of friends. Matt and Liz have a tradition of going to see them dressed in formal wear, so Nick and I dressed up too.

I'm tempted to put a Faustus like plot into a RPG. I have a one-shot for Scion next week, but that's going to be an Easter special. *sigh* Ah, plot bunnies.

Other news... We've gotten a tank for a Siamese fighting fish. It's an awesome little set up. We'll get the fish next weekend and we'll name him Nomo after a creature from the black lagoon-ish monster in Scion.

So my life will return to a regular cycle dominated by RP games and job hunting. A balance of crippling real life and fantastic escapism. I'm okay with this... for now.

Done both good and evil deeds
But in the end, I've been good to my friends
And that's good enough for me
