Well we had the big tennis tounament this Saturday from about 8:30 am till 5 pm.
I lost two and won one. The best part of the day though was the fact that I got in a fight with Cresent Valleys head coach during my match.
Heres what happened, at a change over, my opponent and I COMPLETLY forgot the game score. So after 5 minutes of dileberating we turned to the fans and coaches, and in desperation asked if they knew what the score was. The coach then proceeded to yell "YOU MAY NOT ASK FOR HELP FROM THE FANS OR COACHES, THATS COMPLETLY AGAINST THE RULES AND DONT EVER DO IT AGAIN". Rather appaled at the tone she had taken with me for a genuine misunderstanding, I make an OK sign with my hands and said "Ok thank you" in my best sarcastic tone. Well let me tell you that set her off. She called my coach onto my court in the middle of a game, stopping play and said "coach I need to speak with you and your player over here." RIGHT DURING THE MIDDLE OF A GAME, score 40-15. HELLO?! Im playing here. So then I was called over to an impormpteau disciplinary/yelling session. Here is what the other coach said "Your player spoke to me in an extremely rude, inappropriate and snotty tone" Snotty? What is this woman in 2nd grade? "If it wasnt for the sake of preseason match practice I would have pulled my player out of this match long ago. If anything like this happens again with your player I will withdraw my team from this tournament." Talk about overreacting! My lord, I mean COME ON! There was then a lot of yelling on my part and on the coaches part, which eventually resulted in a slap on the hands from Coleen, and my head game being completly fucked with. This grown, adult woman, was so catty with her comments and insults that I had to question whether she had skipped ages 10-50 and when she hit 51 she still had the maturity level of a 10 year old.
Then after losing a close and dissapointing match 4-6, 4-6, I and some of the tennis girls went to the OES v. West Linn LAX game. Our guys won of course! The Matty and a bunch of other people and I all went to Kelseys house where we played pool, pingpong, watched movies and hottubbed.
Today Matty and I went to Washington and chilled for awhile and watched 28 days.
