I'm in Canada right now. I moved up my visit here, and I'll be heading home just after (Canadian) Thanksgiving. We left Wednesday in the evening, and arrived shortly after 2am. Before leaving MD I took Tyler to Target to get his Halloween picture taken. They are so affordable and I really like the photographer there. She knows how to work with Tyler. Now their military discount is 50% off your order plus a free 8x10. yay!
We took a few pictures with Tyler in his full costume. The grass and leaves around him totally confused him!
I ended up taking off his top and pants, we had fun taking these pictures, band-aid and all!
This is what I ended up ordering for us :o)
Before we headed north, I took Tyler to get his hair cut as well. It was getting so long and he kept getting bedhead. It isn't completely clear, but here is the "before picture" of the back/side:
During his haircut he had his first sucker:
modeling his new tshirt with his new haircut.
All contemplative and stuff...
As I said, we're here in Canada. Since I'm here for an extended visit (almost three weeks) we made a real effort to get Tyler some more age-appropriate toys. I got some new ones down in MD which I saved for here, and my mom picked some up as well. Right now while I'm typing this Tyler is playing with some giant lego-type things that were down in my parents' basement.
I just want to gobble up his little face :o)
On the weekend my mom and I took Tyler to Pingle Farm. It is amazing how big that place has gotten. I remember when it was litte more than a veggie stand and a pumpkin field. Now they have all sorts of family fun stuff.
