This is just some background information (or fanfiction) about Yue and Tian, two characters from a fanfiction that Starran from Fanfiction.net wrote.
Yue and Tian are my characters everyone! Ask before using!
They were a tough pair of twins. That much could be said about them. They both sported lovely onyx black hair that fell to their elbows; the boy had his up in a braid. The girl let hers fall loose. They both had the sharp maroon eyes of a typical Asian. They both had pale, nearly white skin that stayed that color, even when tanned by sun. One the sky, the other the moon that was held in it; the storms was their flame. The deep red storm.
They were 1 when they were orphaned by their parents. Oh no, their parents didn’t leave them. Their parents died by assassination. It was because their parents had close ties with Fon, the Arcobaleno. They were nurtured by their older sister, who was but 10 at that time, until they were 2. At 2, they were found out. People found their little Chinese cottage in the woods and took them away. Their sister, now 11, was sent to a boarding school for girls. Their sister was strong; she was a solitary cloud, named Yuan, cloud. She was caring, kind, gentle, and sweet. However, she was one of clouds, she floated away from them. Oh, she cared for them greatly, loved them, adored them, but she floated away because of the interference of others.
They were 2 when one of them was taken away by an Italian family. An Italian man came into the orphanage. He was strong, they could tell by his aura. He was tall as well; he had golden brown hair and a strong voice. It was one of power and wisdom, like the friend of their parents’, Fon. He came and took away the female part of them. The male was left in the orphanage.
She was taken to Japan, to a nice sized home, one much larger than the cottage she once lived in with their parents, older sister, and twin. There, she met a girl. The girl had large eyes of caramel and golden hair, streaked with some brown. Oh, she was incredible. She was the daughter of the powerful man. She would grow up to be wise, powerful, and a leader. The female knew that she was to become such a woman as that girl, the daughter of that man, excluded the same aura as the man. But the female didn’t mind too much. After all, that girl was like the sun in the sky. That girl excluded such an amazing and bright aura. The female knew she would not belong here. After all, she was Yue, the moon. The opposite of that bright shine. At that age, she decided that she was going to run away in the future.
At age 4, he was sent away to a school, much like their older sister. He was bullied there; bullied by the adults, the children, the older students, everyone. He was underweight by the time he was 4 1/2. He was a good student, a well mannered boy who was quiet. But still, nobody liked him. He ran away.
At age 4, she was already going to school. She knew what it was, she just never attended it. It was confusing. She never understood what these people were doing, reading the strange symbols on the board. Some, she could recognize, but others were of a foreign language. She could only do math. After all, math was universal. Two plus two would always equal four. She was what some considered popular, as many girls tried to talk to her many times, they liked her foreign language. It was confusing in this land of the rising sun.
At age 5, she ran away. It was enough, she was going to find her brother. But first she had to go home. It was hard, after all, China, Zhong Guo was a sea’s distance away. With water between Ri Ben, Japan, and Zhong Guo, she had to find a way to get across. Somehow, help came. The baby who was friends who her parents came along, finding her on the dock, swinging her legs off to the side.
“Why are you here? Are you lost little Yue?”
She didn’t spare him a gaze, instead preferring to continue looking for boats, however, she replied
“How do you know my name shien shen?”
“I was a friend of your parents”
“Prove it”
She was distrusting, it was enough already. But, the moment he decided to sit on the dock next to her, she knew he was not lying.
“…..What do you want?”
“Would you like help? I am about to return to China.”
“Take me with you.”
She requested, her dark brown eyes burning.
And he did.
He’s 5 and at the run-down, spider web covered house where he grew up. The house is a wreck. It appears as if it was raided as many chairs are broken and the table is nearly chopped in half. The kitchen cabinet is devoid of any utensils and the room where his sister and he slept is destroyed. He’s so lonely. He had to make sure he was okay though, he was like the sky, accepting of all around him, yet he was the storm. The one who attacks relentlessly. He, Tian, Sky, was as accepting as the sky, yet he was the storm, the relentless one who destroys. Shadows under his eyes from weeks and weeks without sleep, his frame scarily thin from the lack of nourishment, he sits down in a corner of the room and closes his eyes. Yet, he is not asleep, merely meditating as he waits for his sister to come.
She’s 5, and she finds him with Fon as her companion. She finds him in his corner, scrawny and weak, his eyes dull and lifeless. She holds him in her arms and whispers soothing words, a poem that she read in Japan, a lullaby that their mother used to sing to them, words of comfort, any that she can find. She comforts her younger brother. They’re twins, but he is younger. He was the stronger willed one back when all was well, now she is the stronger one.
He’s not broken, no, his soul is just not completely in his body. When he hears his sister, he wakes up and hugs her. Then, he feels an aura, a strong aura. There was a baby. That baby had a thin frame. He did not look strong with his thin arms and beautiful look. The raven hair, the long beautiful braid, not unlike his own, but that man excluded wisdom.
They knew, even though they were reunited, they were to go with this baby.
They’re 13, and strong. They’re feared and revered in the world of Mafia as the Deadly Flower Twins. They were part of an assassination squad, The Disasters. Others had helped them. Although, even though they were part of the squad, they were considered independent from the rest of the team. They still were students of Fon. They were deadly. A pair of shining hook swords and the fists that knew pressure points, and other paralyzing and fatal parts of the body, they were no longer “Yue” and “Tian” when on missions. They were Hydrangea and Lotus, respectively.
Then one day, judgment came.
“Hydrangea! Lotus! I need you two over here!”
“Is there something wrong?” Yue asked, her eyes calm and uncaring as another of their members approached.
Sage, real name:Salvia, a female with light brown hair that came to her shoulders, and covered her right eye. She possesses bright blue eyes and a bright, cheerful, and sadistic personality. Experimented on as a child, she now possesses a pair of demon like metal claws instead of hands. Flame is mist and is experienced at illusions. She’s 15.
Salvia jogged over, eyes shining with interest. That could only mean that Yue and Tian had gotten a good mission.
“Boss wants you two to see if your master can let you two to go to the U.S. in order to see this “Vongola 11th Candidate”.”
She handed Yue a photo and then jogged off, presumably to find her younger sister and cousin.
Tian nervously tugged on the sleeve of his sister, and whispered’,
“Jie Jie, We can’t go, Fon Shi Fu said that he’s going to the U.S. in order to meet Vongola 11th anyway. We have to go with him.”
Yue, on the other hand was examining the photo, her eyes were whirling with an unreadable emotion.
“I’m sure Shi Fu won’t mind if we….leave a few days early. After all, we have to go and congratulate my Onee-san for becoming a candidate for Vongola 11th.”
“…..Onee-san? What does that mean?”
“My, my, Tian it means older sister. This girl, Akiska Sawada, is the daughter of the man who adopted me.”
Tian gave a nervous look, his eyes downcast and old shadows showing up again.
“I-I su-suppose w-we could.”
“Let’s go hijack a plane.”
……
California
“Why hello again half sister.”
