I found my two favourite cookbooks the other day. Am now wanting to bake everything under the sun. This weekend: chocolate swirl banana cake with ganache frosting. If I end up going to our cottage on Labour Day, I will subject them to a mocha chocolate torte, because it looks pretty. There are also Grand Plans in the works for me to make more cookies than anyone needs to bring to work around the holidays. It's taking quite a bit for me to not start making them now. I ♥ baking so much.
On an unrelated note, but now that I think of it, it could be related if I do go bake-crazy seeing as how I'm the only person around to eat anything I make: Holy crap these pants are too big for me now.
