Stupid LOST
That... was beyond stupid and pointless. I am fully willing to admit that the Hurley episode earlier this season was also pointless, but at least it was a) entertaining and b) about a character who's actually been on the show enough for people to know his name.
It was a filler episode that gave us no new information and didn't even make any fun connections, except to replay stuff from earlier episodes to prove they've been on the island as long as everyone else. And then they killed them. But not really. And leaving them buried alive in loose sand is supposed to be suspenseful? They'll dig themselves out in no time. And even if they don't? I don't care. I really don't. There is so much other stuff that could have been dealt with instead of this pointless dreck.
God. If this show hasn't remarkably improved by the end of this season, I'm done. And dammit, not even Smallville has driven me to this point yet, which should really say something.
