My Birthday
It's been taking so long to sit down and pen this! Haha, cuz I've been highly distracted by my birthday gifts! Thanks to all who made it so lovely. My sis who said that I must cut a cake with the birthday song cuz 2X don't last forever. Haha, but sadly when I wanted to eat the cake, it had gone bad. So fast! Absolutely wonderful food during this time. Hmm, then again, I am indulging myself even without the need of an occasion. I had a gastronomic Japanese lunch! Yes, the amount of food items we ordered was A LOT!!! Loved the quail eggs wrapped in bacon! I also had a tasty steamboat dinner with Bondz. The pork belly was soft and tender, I had at least 6 plates of it! And so without further ado, this are my gifts in sequential order of receiving them.
1) Yummilicious lunch at a Japanese restaurant! It was a eat-till-u-drop experience! And it was all yummy! And yes, I got to order a dessert which was similar to the sweet potatoe I had back in Vietnam.
2) Haagen Dazs mini cups! Thanks to my wonderful colleague!
3) Philips speakers for the Ludre iPod Nano, haha, yes, the boom is amazing! And it acts as a charger for it as well. Thanks sister!
4) iPad!!! Yes!!! But errh, all I do with it is play games. And to think I quit my FB game addiction during my away time in Vietnam. The Smurf game is really not that bad although it takes time and consistency to keep at it! So, brainless Coin Dozer takes the day! Haha.
5) Steamboat dinner!!! Thanks ah Bondz!
6) A nice luminous watch! So now I can tell the time in the dark. Hehe, thanks Mom! And yes, it is a nice colour! My favourite bright yellow/orange tone!
7) Cutsie mini table tennis set! We had a hilarious night playing with it, until my Mom took out the real big set. Hey, it even comes with a mini net and so our dining table was half a mini table-tennis table. Thanks sister! And the nail polish tone is nice on my toes!
8) Pearl white wallet with funny skin, from Bondz. I wanna see it!!!
9) And I actually have a pending iPod Touch! Games on the go! Hee.
What's missing is a big fat slobbery kiss from my lil' nephew Lucius, and a hug of cuz, and yes, a birthday song from him!!! Thank you, ya'all! For making my day so wonderful.
