Don't stop believing
I still don't quite realized it... but...
I got a flat ♥
Had a miserable day yesterday, several estate agents stood me up and I've been out in the cold like all day. Finally my cat decided to garnish my face with a beautiful scar, as she scratched all over my nose and down to my lips... great... you can imagine how down and pissed I've been...
Then in the evening I had another flat viewing in Viernheim (about 15 minutes from my current flat) - and that was it!! I fell in love with the apartment right away and not long after I got home, the landlords wife called and told me, I could have the flat!!!
I'm going to sign the contract this evening!! YAY!!!
Of course there are some cons to the flat like the longer way to work (15 minutes and I have to change in three different trams) and I have to wallpaper the flat by myself - but it's worth it, I guess!
I mean, the bathrom has fucking THREE (!!!!) windows and the most amazing shower you've ever seen!! I have a balcony, I have a bigger kitchen range (so that I can finally buy a real oven) and I have two similar big rooms as bedroom and living room!
I'm so happy, that it worked out on the final straight :D
