It's actually a 'team diary' for the group project I'm doing at Uni. Unashamedly inspired by one of the other groups - although in our case, I'm using Simple PHP Blog rather than WordPress. I don't know if anyone's gonna bother ( Read more... )

Umm, you don't class this as a blog?

And while it's probably too late it might have been worth giving backpack or the free basecamp account a try for keeping things organised and everyone talking in the same place...

Heh, nope ... I've always called this a journal, and tried to avoid the blogging cliches as much as possible - I only started it in the first place because I found myself saying the same thing to several people in reply to 'How was your day?' :P I really dislike the trendiness of the 'blogosphere' and all its assorted baggage.

I totally forgot about backpack/basecamp and various project management systems, actually. Perhaps one day I'll give them a go - it's an interesting concept, although it's probably slightly overkill for this sort of project. Maybe I'll have another look when we're on the final coding phase, and we really need to coordinate what we're doing - right now, we're just building prototypes.
