family guy returns, the world is a good place again
my day hasn't progressed past lounging around with monkey. i have been drinking coffee and reading as well. perhaps this is just one of those weekends. i even slept past the early morning.
its not raining anymore, but it is still very overcast and it looks like the sun is far from coming out to say hello. and everything is soaked.
not much inspiration to move.
i'm in a strange mood. i feel great and crummy at the same time. i was introduced to some drama this afternoon which has me furious. i hate drama. another situation that could have been avoiding if i had trusted my instincts originally.
nothing like friends lying to you to make you feel good. ones who claim to value honesty.
but on the other side... life is going really well lately. i emailed my loan officer and told her that i was going to hold of on bidding on any houses until i get my raise this month. depending on what it is, it could seriously improve the quality/price of the house i choose to buy. also, this may be the week that i start teaching that vocational class. i haven't heard anything back on it since that day last week (i think it was wednesday) but i get the feeling it will still happen. they helped with the class last year, but it was the shops manager who did the class. i'll keep you all updated.
i'm feeling like more of a geek than normal because i am actually getting excited about star wars episode III coming out in a few weeks. i think it's the 5 year old getting excited about the empire strikes back coming out that is returing to take over my consciousness.
