$130 can kill any desire to crawl under that rock
well it only too about 15 minutes for roadrunner to come back online this time... is anyone else in the area having issues with time warner cable? last year my cable connection was flawless, but since the winter i get dropped all the time. usually its only for a minute or two, but its annoying. especially when you're paying $40 a month. anyhoooo
i was too pooped last night to blog. i hate thursdays with a passion. you all know this. i tried to make yesterday as un-painful as possible.
first priority was to buy myself something. hehe. i bought a snap-on tools screwdriver set. it was $130 plus tax. what it gets worse... its for only 8 screwdrivers. no, no they're so worth it. i've been putting off buying this set for months. they're the best on the market and they are guaranteed forever. spending a hundred bucks isnt uncommon for me when the tool guys stop buy the shop. cornwell and snap-on guys come on thursday, mac tools guy on friday.
then i had to goto a follow up appointment with my doctor. weight 174.0 lbs, blood pressure 117/73. last time it was 120/80. both are apparently extremely good. lungs great. always a nice thing to hear former heavy smoker.
at home? for thursday night excitement? well.... i cataloged the protein content in all of the foods in my fridge and cabinets. things i didnt have i looked up on the net. then i worked out.
today was good. i got a lot done at work. i didnt put in much overtime even though i had hoped too. oh well. i got home and walked around downtown for a bit while the sun was out. the rest of friday? nothin. tv. my muscles are sore from work. havent wanted to move much.
2 new episodes of yu-gi-oh tomorrow. finally! i'm psyched.
