SOunds of the Underground
ok, well Sounds of the underground was today, the whole idea sounded great on paper i am sure but it was a big let down, bombarded with bro after bro and pot smoking hippy-ass nu metal kids that tryed to dance like fred durst or some lame ass shit like that. It was like 100 degress, the groudn was pavement and dust, all around it was miserable. However there were some great bands that played and put on a fucking good show, Terror, played a really good set everytime i see them its always a good show, Madball!!! they were amazing the first time seeing them, i was blown away. Throwdown, was amazing aswell, but i agree with karlyn on the way they felt they needed to cater to the metal kids more so then the hardcore kids, non the less stey still kicked ass, ETID, was great i watched from a distance but they played very well, now GWAR is a diferent story, i went to the show with high expectations and i left satisfied, they put on an awsome set, i was way in the front for the full effect of the blood and "a.i.d.s. infected urine". I left after poison the well because every band after that i had seen or it was some shitty metal band oh well, afet we went to in and out, then home, and straight to the at risk cd relase show, it was fun as hell, make it count, carved out, the wrath, shawdowboxer, hhll, aronists get all the girls and of course at risk. im out.....peace
