In your app I felt you were trying really hard to push a joke that didn't have anything actually to do with your canon. It can work, but it doesn't tend to read as naturally as when you work more with some of the aspects of your canon that are funny in and of themselves? Add to that a number of technical mistakes (ie, misquoting the Cookie Monster song phrasing) and I felt your content of your app distracted from the app itself. I didn't end up getting much of a feel of character from it, and the content didn't show me much about her. Add to that the fact that your voice didn't really fit your canon section -- you described her as cold, but she was throwing about a lot of slang ("Seriously!" and "Okay, you--" etc) which didn't seem to fit what you described.

I think you can totally revise and come back with something awesome, because this feels like you do have something! I liked getting to see that glimpse of her strategies and the way she thought through her job towards the end of the app. It just still needs some work. Good luck

O-okay so THERE WAS A VOTING GLITCH (fuck you, LJ), where the two apps I meant to abstain on for now, namely Argilla's and Genis's, ended up with outvotes! ... that's obviously not fair, so I switched them to IN. Sob, LJ and Firefox hate me.

Cielo and Lloyd are also IN. Cielo, one note is that I think you should cut down on the tildes. I REALIZE THIS IS IRONIC COMING FROM ME. But I don't think he does it much in canon, whereas you have several sentences in a row all tilding, which can get distracting, format-wise.
